Are we open? Do we ship your package? Is it safe? Yes! Our warehouse is still open and we are focussed on fast processing as always. Only our warehouse is not open for visitors until notice. Our team took safety measures, like working in more shifts during the day. This way we work with fewer team members at the same time in one place.
Shipment to all EU countries or outside are currently being affected due to the coronavirus. Depending on your location it can be possible that several areas will experience a lockdown or delay in shipment time.
Also due to precautionary measures, it has been decided to cancel the option to deliver parcels to DPD Parcelshops until further notice. We try to inform you as soon and as good as possible.

The safety of you, our customer, and our employees is very important to us. That is why additional measures have been taken to minimise the risks to which our employees and customers may be exposed.
Packages are no longer handed over. For the time being, the driver himself signs for consignments for which a signature is required. This is done by the deliverer in the presence of the recipient. They also keep an appropriate distance (guideline 1.5 metres) and avoid physical contact.
