In this photo tutorial, you will see how to knot the fourfold Fourfold Solomon Belly Bar pattern. The Fourfold Solomon Belly Bar knot was designed by Pamela Graf. Make the Fourfold Solomon Belly Bar knot with multiple colours of paracord 550 type III.

With paracord 550 type III, the Fourfold Solomon Belly Bar knot is about 3.5 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick. In the MatchMaker you can see how many meters of paracord you need and you can choose the colours for your project.

Colour 1: Holy Guacamole colour 2: Café Latte colour 3: Fern Green & Cafe Latte Diamonds colour 4: Pastel Pink

After making the setup and adding the colours, it is helpful to double-check if the length of the setup is still correct. Make sure the left and right strands of each colour are the same length.
