Our principle is: we want to make it as easy as possible, both for you and for us! So if there's a problem, we'd like to solve it as soon as possible. Please let us know. You can do this by email, but calling us is possible as well on business days between 08.30 am and 4.30 pm. We always try to solve a complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving a complaint, you'll receive a confirmation. We always respond within 3 business days after receiving the complaint.
Visiting us with an appointment
All orders are daily prepared in our warehouse in Krimpen a/d IJssel. Here, our team processes all online orders. There are limited possibilities to welcome clients. Should you want to visit regardless, please contact us to make an appointment. Want to pick up an order? In the order process, please choose 'pick up' in the last screen and let us know when you want to pick up the parcel. We'll let you know directly when we'll have it ready for you.
