If you have questions or problems regarding the delivery of your parcel, you can directly contact Jan Geert Plaisier via email: [email protected]. He will gladly help you out.
Our principle is: we want to make it as easy as possible, both for you and for us! So if there's a problem, we'd like to solve it as soon as possible. Please let us know. You can do this by email, but calling us is possible as well on business days between 08.30 am and 4.30 pm. We always try to solve a complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving a complaint, you'll receive a confirmation. We always respond within 3 business days after receiving the complaint.
Visiting us with an appointment
In our showroom you can physically see and compare most products and get advice on the products and how to use them. Please note: due to the renovation of our building, the appointment may be slightly different than usual.
Our showroom is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We organize appointments in blocks of one hour, between 12.00 and 13.00 we have lunch.
Do you already have an order? Please place the order online so that our team can help you faster.
Please note that our processes are primarily set up as a webshop and not as a shop. Therefore we do not accept payment by card.
Our location is wheelchair friendly and parking next door is possible. See you soon!
