Declaring a return
Generally, you retain the right to return a purchase within 30 days after receiving your order. Customized paracord orders are legally not always covered by this regulation, but we do not wish to cause unnecessary complications. Therefore, in case you are not satisfied with the quality of your order or, if you want to cancel your purchase for another reason: please, let us know!
Within 30 days after receiving your order, you can file a request for return. This can be done by sending an email to email@example.com or by using the contact form on our Customer Service page. Of course you can also call us. Within 14 days after declaring your return, we would like to receive back your order in good condition and packaged as we did: with a little love. It is important that the products you return are not used or damaged, and that you return the same number of meters of a product as ordered. We would also like to ask you to enclose the packing slip or, if you no longer have it, to print out the invoice.
We will refund the invoice amount within a few working days after we received the return shipment.
Is something wrong with the products you would like to return? In this case, we will cover all shipping fees. However, if you decide to return a product for a personal reason, we will ask you to cover the costs for return instead.
